We have received an email from TELUS E-claims notifying us that Sunlife Financial will no longer be under their umbrella as of November 28 2021.
We will be able to continue to direct bill until November 28 2021, but after that anyone with Sunlife will need to pay and submit their receipt to get they're money back.
We are waiting to hear from Sunlife to see if they will be direct billing under another company.
We apologize for the inconvenience. Good news is that Sunlife pays their clients within 48 hours after submitting!
