Direct Billing is offered for most insurance companies. If you have not direct billed to your insurance company for massage, we recommend contacting them to see what they cover and if a doctor's note is required.

 

There is a 24 hour cancellation policy in effect. If the appointment is not cancelled 24 hours prior to treatment, there will be a $50 charge.
